Inventory
A full detailed report in both printed and digital format providing details of all of the accommodation with digital photos as standard. The inventory is an accurate record providing details of the property including all fixtures and fittings.

Check In
Is performed at the start of the tenancy and the tenant will sign the schedule of condition and if possible the inventory will be checked through and signed by the tenant. Keys will be listed and meter readings will be taken if possible. This ensures that there are full records of the condition of the property at the outset of the tenancy.

Check Out
Is performed at the end of the tenancy and a record of any changes to the schedule of condition and inventory are made. A record of the returned keys will be made along with meter readings, if possible. We will make comparisons against the original inventory and Check-In report and make any recommendations regarding compensation if necessary.

Mid-Term Checks
Can be conducted part way through the tenancy period to inspect the property and to ensure it is being maintained to a good standard. Describe the general condition of the property and any noteable damage to the décor or the furnishings.

We can visit properties in Tiverton, Cullompton, Exeter, Taunton, Crediton, Honiton and throughout the South West.

If necessary we can arrange to carry out our services at weekends and evenings.
